This device was created as a means for law enforcement to safely cut through Flex-Cufs, and many other brand name Teflon "Zip Tie" or "Riot Cuff" type restraints.  Depending on exactly how the restraints are placed on the performer's wrists, will dictate the ease or difficulty it will take to cut through the Zip Tie.  Of course, as a performing escapist, you should always control the situation.  Of course, another secretly hidden Zip Tie can then be produced to replace the one that was cut.  Entire device is about 3/8" thick, and about the size of a playing card.
