Here's a whole new device for securing wrists.  A black, nylon webbed belt (1  3/4" wide) is placed around the prisoner's wrists, and LOCKED into place via a steel locking mechanism that utilizes a standard handcuff key.  That same webbed belt also forms the "chain" between the two wrists.  Can also be used on ankles.  These are also perfect for securing to a hospital gurney, etc.  If you are searching for a different, "modern" look, this is it.
