"Half-handcuff and Half-strait jacket" is the best way to describe this restraint. First, the steel shackles encircle your biceps. Next, the smaller shackles in the front cuff your wrists. Lastly, the entire device is locked with a single padlock! For the "hardcore" you can try and pick open the padlock (not recommended). Or, use an "Australian Tricked Padlock" and you are set. Or, use the gimmicked version of the Str8-Cuff in conjunction with a real padlock! Please include circumference measurements of your wrists and biceps (immediately above the elbows).
