THE
LEON PILLORY! This masterpiece was created back in the days of Vaudeville by the Great Leon. It won the PCAM “illusion of the year” in the ‘30’s. All components passed out for examination. Assistant’s neck and wrists placed into stocks and secured three ways: First, a padlock secures a steel hasp. Second, a chain is wrapped around both stocks and also padlocked. Lastly, a bolt is screwed down through the top and bottom stock. A nut secures it at the bottom. A padlock is locked through a hole in the end of that bolt! Two large paper seals are adhered to the front side of the Pillory where the two stocks meet! A curtain (not supplied) is held in front, and in a short time the assistant is OUT! But EVERYTHING IS STILL SECURED, INCLUDING THE PAPER SEALS! A real mystery. The Great Leon’s nephew has authorized Mark Cannon to recreate this classic for the first time in nearly 75 years. Complete with reproduction of Leon’s Original Notes!
