LEATHER CZECHOSLOVAKIAN RESTRAINT/HANDCUFF BELT

This heavy-duty leather restraint belt utilizes a built-in metal "D" plate that fits into any of eight different slots, thus enabling it to fit the smallest to the largest waist.  Then, an attached chain is inserted through that same "D" ring.  Finally, a pair of standard handcuffs are placed through the chain and locked onto the prisoner's wrists.  The subject’s hands are then secured to his belly area. This is the Czech Republic's answer to the Prisoner Restraint belt.  Neat and unusual look.  Handcuffs not included.
